Pastor Joe was appointed to serve as The Trinity Center of WS's Senior Pastor on August 2nd, 2020. Prior to that, he served as Associate Pastor under the leadership of his father Overseer Emeritus Richard C. Miller, Sr.

The attributes that best describe Pastor Joe as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development, and counseling. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like The Trinity Center of WS where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor Joe takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.

Pastor Joe is happily married to  Lady Nicole. They have two amazing children: Min. Joe-Joe, and Jenee, who both serve faithfully in the ministry with their father.
